Our most basic needs are things that we may go day to day without giving much thought or consideration to. And yet, a bit of time and attention to meeting these most basic needs may, in fact, improve our overall well-being and be a form of self-care. Everything from our living and working space, hydration, nutrition, sleep, physical touch, and mental health and social interaction are most certainly our most basic needs.
