Resources and Show Notes
Zucchini and Pumpkin Muffins with Cranberries and Chocolate Chips
Traditional Apple Pie (the recipe Nicole made that isn’t so easy, but was delish!)
Brussel Sprouts (Nick likes this for Thanksgiving)
Pepperoni Bread –> Gina makes a bunch of these every year! How to make; buy frozen raw bread dough and thaw it overnight until it’s easy to stretch and roll out. Roll out into a long rectangle and top with a little oil, Italian seasoning, pepperoni (or cooked veggies) and cheese (~1 cup mozzarella), then roll so the insides and nice and enclosed. Bake according to directions on bread package. So good!!
Gina’s Simple Apple Pie recipe (ok, maybe the skin should be peeled off….)
Renzo Vitamins (Gina suggested this as a multi with iron for picky kids!)
Mustard Dipping Sauce (or spread for a sandwich??) 1/2 cup mustard, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 tsp ginger
