Not long ago our only option was the microwave or oven, but now the options are endless as far as how to cook your favorite meals and recipes.  Today we dish about our air fryers and pressure cookers. We discuss pros, cons, and go over our favorite recipes using both of these household must-haves.

Basil-Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Salmon – 2 small fillets, 1 T Old Bay seasoning, 1 tsp brown sugar, mix together and spread on salmon. Lay salmon on a sprayed air fryer (skin side down) and cool at 350 for 8 minutes

Hardboiled Eggs: Add to air fryer, air fry at 250 for 15 minutes, allow to cool for about 10 minutes

Beef and Banana Peppers/Italian Beef (I know, sounds weird, but omg)
